What You can Expect:

This all about changing your outlook. The results you want are not far off, but they also will not come easy. I usually see clients 2-3 times per week (dependent on cost and availability).

Each program is completely customized to your goals, needs, wants and capabilities. I update programs on a monthly basis unless things need to be progressed or regressed before that timeline.

I am a resource. You don't have to wait until you come in for a session to ask me a question. I get texts, calls and e-mails from clients throughout the day and make it a point to respond as quickly as possible.

You get out what you put in:

After the first few weeks of your program and after we see what your strengths and weaknesses are I'll provide workouts for you to do on your own on the days you do not see me. This way you continue to build the habit of consistently continuing your training and can hold yourself accountable when it comes to staying focused.

Keeping you on track

Depending on your goals we will do a weigh in each week and a body fat measurement every month or so. This is so that you do not lose sight of your goals and have real evidence that the work you are putting in is working.

Dont eat like sh*t

Easier said than done. I spend a good portion of each session talking diet. People generally need a lot of coaching in this area and I do my best to offer help when it comes to making tweaks to someone's diet so that they are seeing the results they want at a realistic pace.

Small goals / big goals:

At the beginning of the first session we spend a few minutes talking about goals. Even people who claim to not have any can usually come up with a few (waking up earlier / doing a pull-up / drinking less / making smarter lunch choices / improving grip strength etc). I like to come up with a few big goals (maybe a year away) and some smaller goals (anything we could accomplish within a month or few weeks. This helps keep you focused on you larger goals while also giving you enough smaller things to focus on along the way.
